The Goalie Hall

The Foundation honors goalies and coaches that have had success at either playing or developing the position of goaltending. Having a place to honor former goaltenders allows these legends to serve as both role models and inspiration to the next generation of goalies.

The Foundation pays tribute to former college, professional, and olympic goalies, as well as goalie coaches and innovators of the position in the Foundations lobby through prominently displaying memorabilia. Olympic stars, NHL greats, College legends, New England heroes and goaltending coaches and developers of all levels will be included.

The Foundation for Goaltending Research and Education will honor a legendary goalie advocate annually with the FGRE Leadership Award. The Award will be presented each spring at the FGRE Goalie Coaches Symposium. The Goalie Hall is open seven days a week throughout the year for goalies, parents and coaches and fans to stop in to view the exhibits as well watch videos or read in the library. There is also a lounge area where goalies can hang out with other goalies.
